The dark side:-- When problems occur, SBSU officials and employees, online and by phone, tend to be rude and disrespectful, sometimes in the extreme. In one instance, an unfamiliar name appeared on my account. In a laborious phone exchange, over several weeks, SBSU bank officials refused to delete the improper person's name. They insisted that it didn't make any difference to the security of my account. It was only when I threatened to withdraw my entire account and redeposit it in another bank that the relented and deleted the name from my records. More recently, I tried to send money through Zelle and, after demanding unnecessarily repetitive proofs and authentications, refused to activate my ability to send money to an individual. I am now seriously considering transferring my money to another bank.

She said she was " too busy to deal with this" , " I am with other customers do you want me to ignore them and take care of you?" " you can make an appointment " . She was unprofessional . The teller was awesome. I hope this woman gets more support at work so that she is not so stressed and disrespectful to future customers.
