I was able to get 3 major things done here from opening a new savings account to upgrading my checking account to earn points and getting bank statements printed for tax purposes. Unlike major banks, they were happy to do it and didn't change any fees or services. I've been banking with Mountain America for the past decade and am very pleased with their services. If there's any improvement I could suggest, it would be higher interest rates on the savings accounts.
