The quality of the food was pretty good, although the prawn crackers came with 2 dips and they were both sickly sweet. The service was mixed. The 2 girls seemed like they didn't want to be there are all and weren't very friendly, but the man was really friendly and nice. The squid was tasty as was the weeping tiger, and then for main we had a vegetarian yellow curry which was meant to be with tofu, tempeh and jackfruit but I didn't find any jackfruit, and a green curry which was tasty. The wine list isn't very exciting and the one we wanted we were told about 20 minutes in wasn't available. In the bathroom the ceiling is literally covered in mold which is pretty gross. The restaurant itself is VERY loud because of the low ceiling and hard surfaces. I was sitting right next to my companion and we had to talk really loud to hear one another. read more

The starter "Spring rolls " was good. The main dish "Asian beef rendang" was superb. Not too hot and with rise and a small sambal side dish. Recommend. But the vegetarian "tempeh" has an artificial sweetness. The staff is kind and very attending. The music is too loud and the place is in general too noisy not at all enjoyable. read more

Had a nice lunch here with a couple of friends the other day for brunch. Nothing super exciting, but a nice view and OK price. It was a quiet day but the service was very nice and the food, while nothing special, was decent. Nice patio outside which we sat at for about 45 seconds before it started raining. The restaurant also serves Bundaberg ginger beer which is probably worth half a star in my book all by itself! TIP - the restaurant itself is right on the beach, which is actually down a huge flight of stairs. There's also a winding ramp a bit further down but I wouldn't exactly call it accessible. read more
