Dr Knee did a great job of explaining the possible reasons of my cat's problem ear, discussing options as well. He gave him a steroid shot and had his ears cleaned by the tech. What I really liked about him is he asked to first sit and discuss the issues before pulling my cat out of carrier. So many times at other veterinary places they often do all the talking while the cat is just sitting there on exam table acting nervous! I felt it was a very thorough exam and the pricing is about the same as other veterinarian offices. He was very personable and professional. I am glad to have found a new vet doctor for my cat. One of the cats has pancreatitis and Jessica had to give her daily fluids. Two were recently rescued from being hit by cars - one has a broken hip and another just had an eye removed. Jessica handled all of the animals and medications perfectly. I have cameras around my home and property and it was such a joy to see her outside being crawled all over by cats, chickens following her around, everybody so happy. Her rates are incredibly fair and sometimes I feel like they're too good so I end up tipping her. She is really amazing!! Got daily reports also.

You don't need a reservation for nail trimming or other selection services. They open at 10 AM on Sunday's so it makes it convenient to take my dog in, he loves going to see these guys. I will ask him if he wants to go to the groomer he gets excited. They are very quick but do a good job. On Maui it is not easy finding a good groomer as i have had several over the years and they move or go out of business and I don't like taking my dogs to the big box stores. I prefer to give my money to smaller local business. Every time I go these guys are friendly and always in a cheerful mood and they take good care of my fur baby. I am definitely going to take my baby back for other services. I usually wash him but have considered taking him for a bath or a flea bath as I don't always have as much time on my hands. I highly recommend these folks because they do a good job and are not too expensive. The only thing is I wish they were closer as I live in haiku and it is a drive as they are located in Happy Valley.
