This itty bitty cafe is the perfect pit stop before or after visiting the little mermaid. Away from the main street and tourists, the cafe is decked out with girly, vintage decorations and pastel colours that are super sweet and nostalgic of the simpler times. They specialise in slow coffee and take their time to create something that will surely hit the spot. They have an array of cakes and slices on display and grilled sandwiches. The staff are friendly and speak English and are happy to give you directions. The cafe oozes a cosy atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating, however limited. Eat in or take away and wonder the park, this place was a lovely surprise.

This little coffee place will always be in my heart as it was the first place I had coffee at after moving to Cph for some months. It was a pleasant sunny day and we got some chai latte to drink in the park in front of it (beautiful park, btw). The chai was delicious, the place looked super cozy (even though it had only a couple of seats inside) and the staff were nice and really took their time preparing your orders. I came back a few months ago and everything was still as I remembered. Recommend it for take away chai or coffee and a stroll or relax in the park, if you're visiting town, it's a good stop on your way to/from Amalienborg, Kastellet and the Little Mermaid.

Decent cafe but ordered a can of soda where the can is extremely dusty and gross. Only noticed it after I started drinking, thank goodness I asked for a straw!

"Secret Place" like they proclaim to be, this little coffee shop is not to central (inner city central that is) in Copenhagen but it's worth going out of the way to experience. Their "motto" is slow coffee, meaning they want to take the time it takes to make an excellent cup of joe. I would recommend you take a stroll out here, get a coffee and a pastry and walk around the park across the street.

If you're like me, that means an espressohollic, don't leave Copenhagen without trying the best coffee in town. Cheers!

Best gelato I've ever had! I was walking around the market and noticed a long line for this store…read more Intrigued, I decided to join the queue. I sampled a few flavors, and ended up getting a scoop of the burnt caramel flavor. I definitely saw why this place is popular. The ice cream was super smooth, and the subtle hints of salt complemented the sweet caramel well. Definitely give this place a try if you're looking for a sweet treat!

To preface this review, i was in Copenhagen during the winter and I normally never crave ice cream…read more I stumbled upon this place and saw that there was a line (in the dead of winter!) and since it was indoors, decided to go for it. I went with a scoop of apple sorbet in a waffle cone. I've heard of all types of sorbet but I had never heard of apple sorbet. BEST DECISION EVER. I wish I had gotten 3 more scoops of it. I'm writing this review a month after our trip and I'm still looking for a store in California that sells apple sorbet because I miss it so much. The next day, we had a long day out in the city and we were freezing at night. But I loved that apple sorbet so much that I made us go all the way back for another scoop. Sadly, apple sorbet wasn't even offered. I guess that's good cuz it means they update the flavors to keep things exciting. Instead, we got lemon sorbet. It was still really great and high quality. TLDR; try the apple sorbet. you can't go wrong with any of their flavors. But seriously at least taste it before making your choice
