My friend and I came to visit a friend in Germany and this was our first time in the country as well. This was the first thing we had after landing and last thing we had before boarding (boo). What a way to really get into the vacation spirit! Everything was absolutely delicious! My friends had some salmon based food which they loved (its a go to for my buddy who lives in the area). I tried a couple of their lattes, jam spreads, cheese and tomato based toasts, and every single bite of everything was simply great. The place itself is also great and very cool. Some of the decorations make you feel like you are actually sitting outside. The staff was very accommodating as well. We don't speak German (so we used a lot of google translate); however, the staff tried their best to speak English as well, which we were grateful for. For the locals in the area, or those visiting, def a place to try! *I believe this is only open on weekends and reservations are highly encouraged! read more

Dinner was good had the lamb knuckle with potatoes and onions. lamb had great flavor and was tender and moist. Potatoes were crispy and just right. Really good Pinot noir from the region which is apparently very popular (so said the waiter at 69 euro a bottle). It was good just not sure worth the cost.
