The barista seemed confused, but still made me another. I thanked him and was happy. However, not for long. I took my first sip and the coffee strength was not even on my mind, as the milk had water-like consistency. The milk was not steamed what-so-ever. Again, I went back inside. At this point, I did not even want to get a new coffee, as I was pretty certain he did not know how to make one. So I asked to please get a packaged juice/smoothie, which I did. All in all, not very happy. Due to two things 1. The barista did not apologize at all, he seemed rather offended (even though he gave me new cup of coffee) 2. The coffee was horrible, BOTH times. I mean, come on! And lastly, I ate a sandwich too. The topping was good. But the bread! Uuugh, soooo DRY. Definitely not fresh from the oven, or even from that day. Not acceptable. Surprisingly difficult staff; poor to non-existent service and stressing their customers while they make their orders. They are also highly unhelpful in accomodating customers´ wishes; wishes that don´t raise any eyebrows in the other W.B Samson cafés throughout the city, are all of a sudden a source of debate with the staff at this one. Very sad to say that this way of business for this particular W.B Samson café seems to be a pattern rather than an exception. I have personally stopped coming here altogether- I came for the beverages, not to be verbally punched in the face.
