She asked where we were from, and got really excited that my wife grew up in San Francisco. She said that she was a big Jack London fan, and wanted to see where he was from. So unlike other places that usually stack pancakes and then put the topping at the top, this each layer has the filling, so each layer of the salmon pancake has cream cheese and salmon. I appreciated that they could make it with alternative milk since most places I've been to that serve this will only do it with dairy.
