Loved everything about this event. Heart racing, suspense, the loud crowd and the fellowship with the neighbors on each end of you. This was a really cool event. One downside the seats hurt my butt. Bring some sort of cushion with you and plenty of cash. Burgers 15 bucks, fries 15 bucks, beer 20 bucks a cup, and higher plus higher lol.

I went here on the fourth of july with Debra R and Jose R. It was fun. I enjoyed the food options and the monster trucks.

Always a good time on Independence Day!! I take the family every year we'll worth the money and a place I can afford to get us all good seats hope they keep it up every year without raising the price. Food is quite pricey and lines are extremely long because there are to few vendors so eat before we waited 1.5 hours for burgers

We had a fun time. Our 1st time here. Handicap seating area was a mess. People kept stealing chars from the area so we had to wait for a little bit to be seated. We are need up in he bleaches, which was difficult for me with my back. But after the seating got resolved the show was good. My 8year old son would say it was Awesome! I would go again, but a little earlier so The sitting could be arranged before the show starts.

Been going there for several years and I have not been disappointed. I truly recommend attending this event and bring the whole family. Just look at my photos.

Los Angeles County Fair - Dalmatian

    Los Angeles County Fair

My family and I have created a new tradition of visiting the LA County Fair on opening day for the…read morepast seven years. This year was no different. We arrived at four pm, left by eight pm, and still did not see half of the fair, even though we walked a great deal. It There is so much to see and do at this HUGE fair. We visited several vendor showrooms where you can buy pretty much anything you can imagine. This is always fun. I came away with a handheld mini vacuum, lens & glass cleaners, mini scissors, several types of peanuts, and a few other items. I was even able to renew and upgrade my Costco membership, as a Costco representative was busy enrolling, upgrading memberships, and handing out goodie bags. There are live animal areas, a large car show on display, live music, soooo many food options, carnival rides, science, art, and numerous other exjibtdisplays, a huge indoor rolling skating area, and much more that we did not see or visit, as it was simply too much on a school night. We plan to return for a second visit in a few weeks, before the fair ends in the next thirty days or so.

I noticed that the kids' rides are all very close to each other. The only disappointing aspect is that this fair DOES NOT have a good dining area. I saw a few tables and chairs near the entrance only. I did not even notice this until I was on my way back (not that visible too). A lot of people were just sitting on benches! It's like this - just do not eat at the there at all! How can you even enjoy eating your meal? It is such a shame, there are a lot of good food around. I found a bench inside one of the halls and tried my best not to spill anything or make a mess. It was uncomfortable. The OC Fair is the opposite. I got food from Garlicky's. The Garlic Fries were good but the Garlic Stuffed Sausage was not. It looked appetizing but it was hard to chew. I think it got overcooked and the hot dog bun was also the same. I really like the Bloom Wild (mobile) Book Shop. You can get free books here. This was inside Hall 6 and had a cute photo op area too. Not sure if I am coming back here again, unless the dining issue is improved.

Got there when the event first open, crowd was too massive and was able to take some really great pictures in the Pumpkin area. The petting zoo was really fun- Goats and herds of sheep were walking around the petting area awaiting to be fed (really liked the cleaning station near the exit for easy hand washing), animals were really mellow- which created a fun environment for kids. Agreed with some reviews; the entrance fee is a bit pricey, though I did enjoy this festival

There's something for everyone: a giant pumpkin patch, gorgeous sunflower fields, a fun petting farm, and tons of great food and activities. The sunflower fields were one of my favorite part -- absolutely beautiful and perfect for photos. The petting farm was such a cute touch too (the sheep definitely stole the show). You can tell the students really put their heart into making the whole event feel welcoming and organized. We also stopped by the Farm Store on our way out and stocked up on fresh produce, wine (they grow their own grapes!), and some amazing pumpkin bread.

For parking, it was an easy process going from the gate and getting funneled to available spots. They take American Express at the gate. Be prepared to remember where your car is parked because it could feel like a maze later. For food, there were a lot of options all around the venue. There were so many options but my girlfriend and I could only try a handful. There was a good variety of items and we specifically got to try the following: matcha latte, pork belly tacos, tiramisu parfait, pizza taiyaki, and ube banana pudding. We saw online that there was a program. But honestly this wasn't something we focused on. Most of our time was spent browsing the different halls that consisted of different vendors, food vendors, kpop, artwork, anime, etc. The only drawback was we were not able to get a full preview of what vendors were attending. However, we were able to get by with some of the ones highlighted on their instagram and discovered by walking around. We spent about 3.5 hours here. A lot of vendors accepted American Express. Looking forward to coming back here again!

My wife spun a wheel and won a free facial. Was it free? She loved it so much, we purchased two facials and other cosmetic specials. Several food trucks to feed the hungry. Parking was good once you got in. They only took credit cards, so this took time to get in.
