It was loaded with fresh ingredients. A bit expensive for a sandwich, but that's everywhere in Copenhagen. It was a good size. Can be served on a smorgasbord style, for presentation, if you dine in.
I tried the Smagsløget anberfaler (Danish country ham, brie cheese, bacon and homemade salsa) if you want the more traditional sandwich, and Flaeskestegs sandwich (Danish Free-range pig, with pickled cucumbers & red cabbage) if you prefer the pickled taste.
