We recently signed an agreement with K2 Technologies in Gillette. Although the professionalism that was displayed in the few meetings before we signed up was great. I thought I would wait at least a few months before posting my review. I did this because I was slightly skeptical that we would receive the same type of service that their clients in Gillette receive (being that we are more than a few hours away). I can tell you that this company is one of the best we have dealt with. They take the time to get to know our employees. Whether it is Bryan, Patrick, Byron, Karen (who is always great to talk to) or any of the other techs we get. We often feel as if they are right down the hall. They made a big point about being "proactive." I can tell you firsthand that they followed through. Their technicians really do monitor our systems and give us a call if they spot anything on any of our machines. Even if it is something small (like a computer using a little more memory than it should), they will correct it so it doesn't become a problem for us down the road. Some of our machines were getting a little out-of-date and it has been great getting their expertise on exactly the types of new systems to purchase so that our business can keep growing to the next level. K2 Technologies is an easy company to deal with. When myself (or my staff of 18) call, Karen is always attentive and ensures I feel that my issue (even the small ones) are priority. Most times, I then receive a call WITHIN 30 minutes of a technician that Karen thought was most appropriate to handle the job (they have a TEAM over there).
