Got my hair done and it was so bad I went home and cried before having to wash it and redo it myself. Everything about the experience was awful, I feel so let down after being reassured they knew what they were doing. Would give 0 Stars if I could. After telling some friends about my experience, one said she also had the same experience there and that they ruined her hair. Wish I had known that before I went.

It's a really friendly salon and you are immediately put at ease from when you are greeted at the door. You have a consultation each appt before your hair is washed so they can find out exactly you want. It's recently been refurbished and the new colour scheme is really relaxing and it's bliss to spend an hour or so there having your hair done.

I had Ben as my hairdresser and I have to say, he has been the best hairdresser I've ever had. When you get the wash, you get a scalp massage with peppermint-- it was fantastic! He gave me some good ideas on what I can do with my hair and was honest about what he could achieve. On the down side I didn't find it very easy to make an appointment. The salon has moved premises and 118 gave me the wrong phone number so i looked in the phone book and then went to the wrong address which was frustrating. This isn;t a cheap salon and I did get carried away with the products that he recommended but all in all I thought it was well worth it and my hair looks great.
