The kids loved it. The age range was 3-11 at the party and they all had so much fun. Our event was at the park and most of the kids spent the full 4 hours only in the bouncy house and did not care for the park slides and activities which was nice as they were all close by. It was super clean inside and did NOT have a smell like others we have rented from different companies in the past. We also did the cotton candy machine, the kids of course loved it and all went for seconds and some went for thirds. Super simple to make and fun for the kids to watch. Fun Jump came highly recommended to us and it's clear why they were. This was a first annual event our riding club did and we'll use them every year from now on. Fun While It Lasted, But Completely Unprofessional Pickup Ruined It…read more The dunk tank itself was a hit at our event --no complaints there. But the way the rental ended left a terrible impression. When the crew came to pick it up, they drained the entire tank into our backyard without care. The water rushed straight toward our guests and completely wrecked our patio rug and guests had to scurry to move out of the way. We asked the guy in charge to slow the draining so we could manage the water and at least try to prevent more damage -- he couldn't have cared less. Just stood there watching while we scrambled to deal with the mess. To top it off, we even let them pick it up early - gave up part of the time we paid for - just to be accommodating. And this is how we were treated? Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Rent the dunk tank somewhere else, this company clearly didn't care what kind of mess they leave behind. Sadly he was training 2 new emplovees.
