KS Auto is where we take our vehicles for aftermarket add-ons, inspections, or just cleaning supplies for our cars. I recently leased a 2017 Dodge Ram and needed a bed liner, and tonneau cover, which they were able to get for me in a couple days, and they installed the bed liner for me. My dad picked up the tonneau cover and we installed that with no problem at all. My dad has been going here for quite awhile and has developed a great relationship with the staff. They are honest, and willing to help you with any questions you might have. If they don't have the part in stock, they will gladly order it, and if you aren't sure they will guide you in the right direction. They have a huge store with a lot of different parts, cleaners, tools, anything you might need and never knew you did need. My next purchase is going to be some side rails for the new truck, and this is where I will be going. read more

Stay away, takes advantage of people of color and people who don't know much about cars. Will take months and not even correctly finish the job they were paid to do. When confronted with bogus charges they threaten to keep your car and make you go to court to get it back. After $33,000 and 9 months my vehicle is still in the shop at another business getting the things repaired that k-s were paid to do. Biggest mistake we've ever made going to the shop. read more

Was told 1 to 2 weeks for a carb rebuild. After 3 weeks i was called and told the carb, after sitting in parts cleaner, (which it never saw a drop of parts cleaner) they had only taken off front bowl and said that choke was bad and floats were bad, that i needed a new carb. They wanted to charge a half hour labor and sell me a new carb. After inspecting old carb, I realized it was never fully disassembled or put in parts cleaner. and floats were fine and there is a manual choke that was all there. I called owner (Gary)he said bring it in and we if are wrong we will give you your money back. As per requested i went there only to have Gary nitpick carb apart only to show me dirt that Gary said was a hole wore through casting by gasoline, if it was in parts cleaner it wouldn't have been on it. And lied to me about seeing my carb and condemning it himself. I still received no satisfaction. Last time I will ever shop or do any repairs at K S Auto. read more

This past September I had a ford suspension system installed by KS. I purchase the kit and dropped it off for their installation. They gave me a hard time because I purchased it claiming that could not warrant the parts or labor if anything needed to be replaced. That should've been my tip off to steer clear of them. Shortly after the kit was installed I noticed some clunking from the rear of the mustang. After further investigation it was noted the pan hard bar adjustment nuts were never tightened or Loctite applied. Being very skeptical of their quality of work I had an independent garage check everything KS installed. Several things were found loose bolts on the strut assembly no lubrication on the sway bar bushing's front and back. I spoke with Gary the store manager which was a waste of time he basically accuse me of trying to scam him that couldn't be further from the truth. All I wanted was for them to pay for my second inspection and mechanical correction and wheel alignment. There's much more to the story but not enough space to Tell it. I would just warn everyone that I would be very skeptical of their quality of work read more
