IMO, KPOP USA is by far the best of the lot, primarily because they're the largest store with the most merchandise and everything is well organized. On my first visit in 2025, I couldn't find the store as their address is 5828 Spring Mountain Road but they're in a building on Red Rock Street. I ended up asking the person working at Permission to K-Pop (now closed) and she directed us to find KFC and turn right onto Red Rock. Aha, KPOP USA is in a building on the right. I went to the store on Sunday, after seeing BTS the night before and the store was packed! Every aisle was full of shoppers and people waiting in line for one of the two registers. I couldn't go through every row, so I found a few items and went to the back of the right-hand line. It took an hour to get to the front to pay for my goods. I was wondering if the cookies I bought at Maggiano's earlier were surviving the 95-degree heat. Luckily, they did. To me, a visit to KPOP USA is a "must do", if you're a K-pop fan. Those were drinks I genuinely wished I could buy by the bottle because they were refreshing and different from anything I normally drink. My partner found a few favorites too, and now we're both kind of sad we can't just grab them at the grocery store. The only thing that stood out in a negative way was the seating area. A lot of the tables had trays left behind from previous guests. We returned ours when we were done, but it wasn't very clear whether that's expected or not. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did make the area feel a little cluttered.

It is easily accessible from the South parking garage. There is a great variety of merchandise from clothing, premium photos, pickets, jewelry, stickers, to photocards. They also have some freebie tiers available if you spend a certain dollar amount. Depending on how much you spend, you could receive a photocard or a gatcha. The photocards I received as freebies were from 2025 Festa. The gatchas are pretty cute and you receive a random album keychain. If you don't meet the dollar amount you can still play the gatcha for $20. Of course, inside the store they play all of BTS' hits. They have a special keychain making area where you can pick out which charms you want. There's also photos of the boys and the albums on display. All the workers I came across while shopping were so nice. They would offer me a bag to put my stuff in and hype up purchase decisions. I have been an ARMY for a long time, even before Weverse so I used to have to order a lot of merch directly from SK, so I feel so so lucky to have this pop up down the street from where I live even though it has burned a hold in my wallet. I didn't realize Yelp had the wrong address the first time, as i happened to just stumble on it after going to Nakata Market. I let the owner know and he said he's been trying to get Yelp to correct it for years. Crying shame, as I wonder how many people tried to shop here and gave up after going to the wrong address.
