I had them remove a tree and branches I had cut down. They came out quickly and did an awesome job. Then I needed a pile of bark removed. I spoke to him on Friday and they were out Saturday morning. They did a super job. Their pricing is extremely fair. What they did for me was beyond valuable. If you need anything removed contact this company. I know I will if I need removal of things again. read more

We needed to have our 1/2 acre mowed and weed whacked, along with getting 6 1/2 years with of partially finished projects (fencing, gardening, etc.) removed. Kevin initially gave me a quote via text, but then came out and did a walk thru of the property with my husband and realized he'd underquoted us. We haggled back and forth for a bit, and finally came to an agreement to pay what sounded like a pretty resonable price for what needed to be done. He agreed to bring his crew out the following weekend to do the job. We were out of town, so I had to get updates from my neighbor about what was going on. It took two days, and on the second day I got a panicked email from the neighbor stating that KPS seemed to be having problems backing into our driveway and she thought they hit our metal fence? I never received any communication from KPS after we agreed to a price, so I figured my neighbor was just overreacting. Nope. She was right - they hit our fence. It was obvious that someone backed into it, bent it, and and then tried to straighten it out. So now our front fence is leaning. :( No one bothered to let us know. Additionally, we agreed to leave the cut grass rather than have them rake it, but we didn't say anything about letting them leave a trail of broken branches from the back yard through our driveway. And they left our wheelbarrow out in the driveway, in an area that is known for theives taking what they want if it's out in the open - that kind of sucked. So this review is just an "okay". The lawn is mowed, the junk is gone, and for that we are glad because it needed to be done and we didn't have the time to do it ourselves. It just seems like they kind of half-assed the job, and I'm pretty sure it's because 1) we weren't there while they where working, and 2) they quoted us the bare minimum charge to keep us from going elsewhere. My advice, if you're going to use KPS, is to let Kevin tell you what he thinks the job is worth and to also be onsite while the work is being done. read more

Called Kevin regarding junk removal and he was here about 20 minutes later, gave me a price which I felt was very fair and I also gave them a dump pass when I paid them. The following day men came and very quickly loaded all on their truck and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely use KPS again. read more

We had a big pile of debris from tearing down a house and we just didn't have the time to get it all to the dump on our days off. We called one evening and the next day Kevin and his team were at our property removing the remainder of what we had. Everyone on the crew was polite and hard working. The price was very reasonable for the amount we had. We would definitely use them again if we needed too. read more

Kevin did an amazing job clearing out landscaping and junk to really give us back a large portion of our yard. They arrived at 8 this morning and worked hard until 4 in the afternoon to produce a truly great finished product. Kevin was great to work with and paid great attention to detail when going over the list of services needed. When doing the final walkthrough he was very thorough in making sure that we got what we wanted. Cannot recommend KPS Junk Removal enough. Without a doubt the best in the business! read more
