The other house was very straight forward. Robert came and assessed both houses, explained what his process entailed, and sent me a quote. Robert was the ONLY painter that could see even tho the cottage was less square footage, it needed the most in prep. The front and back porches needed the paint to be scraped on the railings, then sanded, and primed. His attention of detail thru all of the stages of prep work, actual painting of the body of the homes, and trim, was unbelievable.He was here very day, actually paining with his crew. He is super professional and friendly. While I went shopping with Josh to make sure the right flooring I wanted was picked, they were able to get a crew out the same day to start demolition.
