She showed me her training leash, which was included in her fee for me to keep. Her techniques has Layla walking calmly without pulling in minutes. Dana even was able to get Layla to stay for several minutes! We trained inside and out and I was amazed at how quickly Layla was able to understand the expectations and comply with her requests! The owner, Amanda, has been communicative, friendly, and loves our dog like her own. Sarah is our main walker and shes AMAZING. Their walkers all go above and beyond with pets, toy play, and lots of pet cuddles too. We love the picture updates on walk days, complete with adventure tales, a map of the walk route, and information on potty breaks, water refills, etc. With great communication, easy scheduling, and friendly service, I can't recommend them more to anyone in Baltimore County looking for a dog walker.

My husband and I don't even have the words to fully describe how amazing Sundara and her crew are. Sundara came over with Nat, our local walker and they met our beast, Gabby and Gabby's feline brother, Taz. It was a match made in heaven. Due to our schedules, Nat comes over a number of times per month and takes Gabby for walks or hikes. I think that one of my favourite things about the service is the "The Notebook". Gabby has a little notebook that we exchange notes with Nat on. We let her know if anything's going on with Gabby, and she in turn lets us know how the walk/hike went. She's so personable and her narrations always make us smile. We've also had the pleasure of having Jimmy come over when we needed a walk during Nat's off-time. From the start, I was made comfortable by Natalie and Kim. Kim walked them for a couple weeks before Melanie took over, and she has walked them since then, though Kim will take them when needed. They have been great - responding last minute if needed. Melanie has even stayed overnight, and always makes sure they get their meds. Macy, one of my senior dogs, dislocated her hip. Melanie has been so great lifting her in and out for her potty breaks! Can't say enough how happy and relieved I am knowing that they get out twice a day when I am at work!!

My plans changed but I was careful to re-clarify and do everything in writing and things just weren't mentioned like extra charges for extra dogs, gas fees, and an extra midday visit that I didn't ask for. It wasn't a huge amount of money for those things but it felt a little nickel/dime since my bill was nearly $450. Just get a written quote up front.
