I had called in for an appointment and requested somebody. When I showed up, I was sat at a desk with someone random. I asked for gold French . He did not listen to me. Incredibly poorly managed. We had 3 appointments and only one of us got in at that time. The other two had to wait 45 minutes and over an hour. I had a nail tech that did not understand me and did not listen to how short I wanted the nails. Overall, very unhappy with the outcome. The place also charges a fee for cards, so bricash or check if you plan on ruining your nails and happiness by giving this place a try. read more

Called ahead for a eyebrow wax and normally I have Kathy or Lisa wax them for me however today that was not the case even after I asked multiple times for someone else. So Ashley lead me back and I showed her a picture of how they are done normally. Then she got to waxing. When she was done she pulled out the mirror and handed it to me. I looked at my eyebrows in disbelief. I had little to zero hair left over. I know both eyebrows never and will never look the same but they looked completely different along with being very patchy, very thin and no shape whatsoever. I now have to basically paint eyebrows on and have no experience with filling eyebrows in. Just a fair warning if you want semi decent eyebrows do not book with Ashley. Perhaps though if you are looking to wax away your eyebrows I highly recommend Ashley. I am very dissatisfied and extremely upset. read more

I have came to K Nails a few times and have been disappointed almost every time I walk out. I had an appointment for an acrylic nail removal and gel manicure at 1:30. I arrived at 1:20 and did not get helped until 2:00, however two people were helped before me, one who had been helped before me didn't have an appointment until 2:00 and got her nails started before mine. The next person didn't even have an appointment and still was helped before me. Since I was only supposed to have acrylic nail removal and gel manicure, I would have figured they could have at least started putting the foils and acetone on my nails while I was waiting but even then they did not start taking my nails off until 2:00 and when my acrylics got removed finally, they forgot I had a gel manicure and when I reminded them they showed visible annoyance and my manicure was very rushed. Quick bottom coat, gel polish, top coat and sent me on my way. I understand being busy but they should not have overbooked themselves and allowed walk in if they were going to be so overworked and not help the people who had appointments until 40 minutes later. read more

Would give 0 stars if I was able to. Very unprofessional, when I've arrived to APPOINTMENTS that I have booked, I'm still stuck waiting for sometimes more than 30 minutes. This situation has happened on numerous occasions. Nails often time are rushed and look crappy. Tend to lack customer service, they have gotten mad when choosing more than one nail color. read more

I had a pretty bad experience in this place, I went to get a manicure and I was pretty excited about it. But the Whole experience was terrible, the guy who did my manicure had long nails (which is not such a terrible thing if they look clean and decent) but they were pretty dirty and gross looking. I was on my phone to keep my mind focused on something else rather than his nails. I got a gel polish and the polish started to peel off the day after I got my manicure, I tried to reach them via PM to let them know about the problem and I never got a response from them. I mean I wouldn't have said anything but it was just one day. I paid $35 for the manicure plus tip, which I wouldn't be annoyed to pay not only that but even more for an awesome job, but the job and costumer service is really poor. Came here for the first time and will be the last time. Very rude staff! The person that did my acrylic set was ok but VERY rough on my fingers and wrist and told me that I could not pick bright colors.....My fingers STILL hurt like they've been slammed in a door many times. Nails were very uneven. I asked for flat square nails and he gave me oval square nails. Very bubbly texture. Definitely would NOT recommend this place!!!! read more

I had my nails done here while on a girls' weekend. I was able to sit next to my friends, and my technician was very friendly. I got a gel manicure 3 weeks ago and my nails are still almost entirely intact! Not a chip in sight! I'm very impressed with the durability and great work from the technician. read more

I had a gel manicure here when in Minnesota for a visit. A friendly young woman (I can't recall her name) did my nails and it has now been two weeks, and they look almost as good as the day she did them. Clean and friendly atmosphere. I'll be back when I'm in Minnesota for a visit. read more
