They are supposed to give a certain amount of time to find another therapist while still being available to you. I was left with no one, and in an unstable situation which could have led to a horrible outcome leaving her the last person knowing, and responsible for how she handled the abandonment outcome. Just be cautious who you choose. I did a lot of personal help for her business which I now know was completely unethical on her part, and of course she put the blame on me. I know personally she still has a lot of problems, and drama with trauma in her own life that no client should know about, and instead should have seeked help for herself. She is deep down a good person that like many counselors just like her went into this profession because of their own issues. They just need to make sure their problems doesn't cross over to their clients. I do wish the best for her.

I had been in pain this time for five months, and even had days I couldn't step out of bed. Keely did my initial examine where she diagnosed what was thought to be the problem. From then she had me on a combination of stretching and strengthening exercises to help target the area of weakness and pain. She also gave me a series of stretches to do at home on my own.
