Needless to say a move after 15 or so years in the same place is a big undertaking and adjustment. You helped me find an absolutely wonderful place for my wants and needs. The purchase of the new place went smoothly and the sale of The Hilroc was even easier. It is easy to see why you are successful. Paul G

We trusted her instincts regarding pricing, and the home sold in less than 2 days. Since we live out of state and were helping my mom sell her home after she was no longer able to live on her own, Jen not only guided us and kept us informed throughout the process, but made herself available to let in repairmen and check on the house. We often got updates before 7am and she responded to our questions even late at night. I am so very grateful we chose Jen as our agent and am confident that this is her normal work ethic for all her clients. We highly recommend Jen Kostos.

We used Kit Custer to sell our home in North Olmsted this spring, and she was outstanding! Before…read morechoosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice, based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort) and how they promote their listings. The EZ Sales Team stood out as the best Cleveland has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent, their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Kit and then met with her at our home. She spent so much time answering our questions, telling us about her knowledge of the area, as well as crafting a great strategy to help us sell our home on our timeline. We kept conveying that we really wanted a quick sale, so that we weren't having to clean the house a million times and get out of it with our toddler for each showing during the Coronavirus pandemic. We were concerned that our house, which was located pretty far from downtown and in a neighborhood with hundreds of similar homes would be tough to sell. Kit made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having a pro come and give us staging tips, having professional photographs and drone footage taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - our listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. The first buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Additionally, within 48 hours of our house being listed, we had 16 offers for our home. With Kit's assistance, we were able to choose our buyer, and ended up getting 13.5% above our asking price! We just can't believe our home went so quickly during a pandemic, and set a record sales price for our neighborhood! Kit has walked us through every step of the closing process. We truly couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. I've recommended Kit Custer with the EZ Sales Team to everyone I know. She's a true professional and a genuinely nice gal. I realize it isn't always this easy to sell a home. However, I truly believe you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor!

Krissi is all that and more!! The thought of selling our first home seemed daunting and quite a convoluted process. I'll admit I was nervous our house wouldn't be "good enough" - although meeting with Krissi and being introduced to her team really did alleviate all of my concerns. From our first sit-down, it was clear that Krissi is prepared, put-together, and has a fantastic company behind her. When it came time for listing photos, we followed her thoughtful recommendations and I was truly blown away at how sparkling and sharp our home looked. We showed our house through their easy to use app and got an offer quickly (during the slow season for home selling!). Once under contract, Krissi and the EV team kept the ball rolling and we were able to close with no stress whatsoever. If you're someone who desires an agent with a high attention to detail, a caring and kind attitude, as well as a knack for getting things done no matter what happens, Krissi should be your realtor too. We are beyond grateful and wish everything in the home selling/buying process could be this easy!

So, so, so thankful I found Krissi…read more I had been contemplating buying a house for a few months, but I wasn't totally committed to it yet. And I didn't want to work with a realtor because I didn't want to feel pressured to buy anything before I was ready. However, I saw a house on the market and knew I needed to see it, so I started searching for a realtor. And that's how I found Krissi, on Instagram. I knew that finding the right realtor for me was going to be key for me during the home buying process. I started looking at houses this past winter, but I didn't have high expectations that I would find anything for at least 10+ months. Because I expected an extended timeframe, ensuring my realtor was someone I would enjoy being around was critical. Luckily, Krissi showed up as her authentic (and fun) self. It didn't take me long at all to realize I made the right choice to have her as my realtor. Plus, when I informed her that I wasn't looking to buy immediately but just wanted someone to be available if I needed them, she was patient and understanding. There was never any pressure -- just occasional check ins if she hadn't heard from me in awhile. Going through the home buying process with her felt rather comfortable and stress-free (crazy, especially in this market) -- the communication was always open and honest. In the end, we ended up buying a house sooner than we expected (YAY!) and only submitted one offer during the whole process -- the house I now call my home. And, the icing on the cake... we secured it for under asking price. But that's not even the best of it, Krissi had recommendations (and an entire team supporting her) throughout the entire process that made the process a breeze for a first-time home buyer. You truly couldn't ask for more from a realtor. The entire process was seamless, and Krissi is such an authentic, fun woman to be around. Thank you for everything, Krissi! I really appreciate you helping me buy my first home.
