I saw a house that I liked in the Fall while visiting Cleveland from the west coast. Months later it was still for sale so I decided to purchase it. I was doing this while still living on the other side of the country over 2,000 miles away. Even with a 3 hour time zone difference Jamie was reachable via phone, text and email and made herself available to answer my questions and address my concerns. She was incredibly helpful and got me a better deal on the house than I thought was possible. She genuinely cared and went above and beyond, making me feel like her one and only client. After closing on the house, there were some loose ends because the seller was an investment house flipper and was sloppy. Jamie continued to help me get things squared away and didn't tell me she no longer will help me because the transaction has closed (as some other realtors tend to do). I don't think the result would've been the same another realtor. As a matter of fact, I can honestly say that the experience I had with a different realtor who sold my house on the west coast before I purchased this home in Cleveland, manipulated an easy transaction into a hellish nightmare, and I was in the same town as that realtor. The difference working with Jamie was night and day. I highly recommend her and will absolutely use her services and expertise in the future when it comes time for another real estate transaction. I'm grateful to her for helping me keep my sanity while purchasing a home from over 2,000 miles away.
