I was provided the option of waiting until my order was fully prepared for a single shipment, or receiving two shipments. I selected the latter, and shipping a split order did not incur incremental shipping costs. CLA's communication was prompt and responsive and met my expectations. My 15+ year-old grill is back in-service and working like new, and I saved a bunch of money and headaches by being able to refurbish my grill with upgraded aftermarket parts instead of buying a replacement grill.

Went to pay for it in October and it went up slightly in price which I expected. Paid the full amount. The next day they arrive to my house and install the pipe. One of the men was here for the install in 2022. A couple days later I received an email for an additional $397. I called and spoke with Sherry the owner. Her explanation was on install in 2022 it required more pipe but they didn't charge me and it wasn't noted in their records. New estimate was off of their mistake. She went so far as to tell me it was my fault I didn't measure and tell them how much I would need. Excuse me but they should know. My living room is open 2 story to the roof. How do I measure that? She went as far as to say If I didn't like it I could pay for extra pipe from 2022 or they will just come take it down and I could find another company. There was no talking to her. She was angry and defensive from the beginning.

Her red sauce is spicy and packs a punch so if you have a low heat tolerance taste it before you add it to your food. I added maybe 3 teaspoons to my torta which enhanced the already delicious flavor. It's just her inside the food truck so it's best to call and then pick up your order. She charges $1 if you use a credit/debit card.

I'd hate to have something so great, and so local, ruined because no one knows about it. There were only two Food Trucks holding it down at the location: BlackHound Bar-B-Q and The Waffle Wagon. I jumped at the chance to have their Chicken and Waffles, and I must say I am impressed. The best I've had in a good while... and I have a few places under my belt (Lo-Lo's in Phoenix, May's Counter in Tucson, and The Red Door in Little Rock.) The chicken was lightly breaded, the waffles fluffy, sweet with a syrup that I can't place, and a little spice from what I believe to be Sriacha. It was so delicious, because the flavors melded together perfectly. The Chicken and Waffles was their signature dish, it came with a $10 price tag, and it was so incredibly worth it. There were other options, and they change daily. Let's just say I'll be back for the "Pig In A Blanket." (I just recently heard about the Waffle Wagon a week ago. I've been waiting to find them within close proximity for lunch, and I am glad I found them at this small venue.) As for BlackHound, I was flying solo, and not feeling like a fat kid. So next time around I'll give them a whirl, and then update the ol' review. Jacksonville has the right idea, and hopefully the local populace gets on board. I am not a fish person whatsoever, but I have found catfish that I enjoy. The catfish I got here was by far the best I have tried anywhere. Portion sizes were generous (hand battered, HUGE filets), the catfish darn near melted in your mouth and was seasoned perfectly. The coleslaw was great, as were the other items. Service was fantastic and greated with a big welcoming smile. I would recommend this joint to friends and family without reservation! Can't wait to sample their other items as they rotate their menu!
