From no heat for almost 2 weeks in the winter to no responses from continuous calls and emails, the list goes on. We have had an outstanding plumbing service request since Oct. 2025, along with 2 other service requests that were told aren't of importance. The company has continually via email pushed these requests off, & do not communicate well with one another as to steps to completion. Currently also ground water is seeping into our home, which we reported in June. TCS has yet to send a contractor to assess. The oven and bathrooms weren't cleaned before we went, and they threatened to charge us for this. They charged us for trash that wasn't ours during the summer. They charged for the washing machine leaking when this is a mechanical issue that wasn't even our fault, and they claimed that this occurred "during the summer" while no one was at our apartment. Basically get Govberg if you plan to throw away your security deposit.

They LIED and told me "no we've never had a problem with it". Since I was in a time crunch for renting I decided to go with it. Before even moving in my apartment flooded. They had to replace everything but they assured us that it would never happen again and that they fixed it. Reluctantly me and my roommates still moved in. The next week it rained pretty badly, and my apartment flooded. When we called the emergency hotline for the flooding they had a person come over and VACUUM the apartment.... seriously...??? They had to replace carpets and drywall. They assured us again it was fixed. Then it flooded AGAIN. they "fixed it" and then after that every time it rained the apartment flooded. It was so bad they had to put in a special drain and apparently that was supposed to fix it. It didn't. It was mainly only one room that flooded but the way it was handled was horrible. They refused to give my roommate free rent because he was stuck sleeping on the couch. His stuff was shoved into our living room because of the construction. It's been a week since the last time it flooded in here and they still haven't done anything to fix it. When you talk to one person in the building they tell you one thing then the next time you talk to them they tell you another thing. Get everything in writing if you rent From them.
