I called Jim, the owner on a last minute decision, during my business trip to Omak. The hotel I…read morewas at allows dogs, but I couldn't offer my dogs a safe area for them to run & exercise . This is where Jim came to the rescue, he called me back right away to say he could accommodate my 2 pitties right away, for 5 days! Keep in mind, this is a pet resort, but it's not a salon. They don't groom dogs, but they offer bathing, depending how well natured your fur baby is. You need to bring leash, collar & food. Blankets/bedding, treats & any toys for your fur friends are up to you, if you want to bring or not, but it's not necessary. Jim has a FANTASTIC environment for dogs, where they can run around & play. There is even a shallow pool/pond (I'm guessing it's for the summer months). There are several runs that he offers to allow a bunch of dogs, & he lets them out 5-6x/day, for break time & outdoor playing. The building that the dogs are housed is very clean & the inside temperature was quite comfortable. The individual "rooms" have plenty of space to lay around & for some small play (chewing on your favorite ball). Fortunately, my 2 pits were able to share a kennel, to keep each other company. I felt very comfortable having Jim care for our dogs. He responds to your texts quickly, no matter if it's receiving your dog's vaccination info, to how your is doing. When we went to pick up the dogs, they were happy & look well cared. I'll definitely be giving Jim a call, when I'm back in Omak with my 2 pitties. Thank you again for taking the stress off my shoulders.

Of course, the other two love getting into the medical food. And none of them wanted to cooperate. Karen kept us in the loop, making multiple visits each day to make sure the little hairballs were taken care of. I really can't praise her work enough. We will definitely be using Amy's the next time we travel.

Denise's extensive experience is unbelievable and she has diagnosed some conditions that baffled other vets. We recently pulled two English Setters out of a horrific hoarding situation who were close to death and Denise not only diagnosed a number of unusual medical issues and successfully treated same, she did so at a very reasonable cost and worked us in so we didn't have to wait for medical treatment. Quite simply, Denise is a rare and wonderfully skilled veterinarian whom we have challenged over the years with some difficult cases and have always been so thankful that she is our vet. (We drive an hour and 40 minutes to see her, which tells you something!)
