She really took her time to make sure everything was done right, and I never once felt rushed or uncomfortable. Highly recommend Darinka if you want great service with a personal touch!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sugaring NYC in Mansfield and feel compelled to…read morewarn others. I have been calling since October to cancel my membership due to constant turnover of sugarists and lack of consistency in care. Every time I called, I was told a manager would call me back. That call never came ,not once. This went on for weeks, despite repeated attempts to speak directly with the manager, Jee. During this time, my card continued to be charged $55 for November, and December even though I clearly expressed my intent to cancel and had not returned since my last appointment in October. I also explicitly asked for my card to be removed from file, yet it continued to be charged anyway. When I finally received any response, the manager made assumptions without ever speaking to me directly and only refunded one month ($55) without calling to discuss the situation, her lack of follow-up, or the repeated unauthorized charges. I am still owed refunds for the remaining November that was charged while my cancellation requests were being ignored. Throughout this entire process, communication was handled (when it happened at all) through text messages from an unreachable number, which is extremely unprofessional especially when dealing with billing disputes and unhappy clients. There has been zero live communication from Jee despite multiple complaints, including my most recent one on 12/28, after my card was charged again on 12/25. It took two months to finally receive a cancellation form which raises the question: why wasn't this provided in October when I first started calling to discuss my concerns of turn over and not wanting to continue with my membership. Additionally, I lost three different sugarists during my membership, leaving me without a consistent provider. While the sugarists themselves were kind and professional, the management is not. No client should have to chase a business for months just to cancel a membership or stop charges. Because my concerns were ignored, I had to contact Wells Fargo to report the establishment and stop further charges. This practice feels extremely shady and unprofessional. I will not return and have reported this issue. I am also escalating this to corporate. I strongly advise others to be cautious if you have an issue or want to cancel, expect delays, ignored calls, text-only communication, and continued charges. Very disappointing experience

Smile was my tech and she did an amazing job. It was just what I was wanting and needed. I even fell asleep and I left with a clean and moisturized face. The location was basic but clean. The room was clean and the table was comfy. I wanted to try another service but they didn't have the staff for any of the hair spa treatments or hair oil treatments. I plan to go back for either the body polish or threading and definitely another moisturizing facial

I moved from Houston to DFW in May 2022 and I specifically moved to this side of town in May 2023. I was driving all the way to Irving to get my brows threaded or sometimes even waiting till I was visiting Houston, because I hadn't found someone I trusted in North Arlington yet. A gal recommended checking out Dream at Om Threading in November 2023 and I ended up FINALLY getting to try them out in May of 2024. I cannot believe that I wasted 1 whole year in North Arlington without going here. It's less than 10 minutes from my home and Dream was amazing! Dream listens to me and threads my brows exactly how I request. There has never been a long wait and the service is effective and efficient (meaning they don't take forever, but they don't speed through without being detailed). Great pedicure, wonderful massage, and very reasonable price!…read more I came into Zen Nails & Spa as a walk-in with no appointment and was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait at all. I was paired with Mimi, and she did an excellent job. I had gel polish that needed to be removed before my pedicure, and one thing I especially appreciated was that Mimi did not grind it off with a Dremel/electric nail sander. She removed it gently, which is a big plus for me. My feet were also in terrible shape pain-wise. I spend a lot of time outside at our farm and had been walking over rocks, so they were extremely sore. I explained to Mimi in Vietnamese that my feet really hurt and needed some extra attention, and she understood exactly what I meant. She gave me one of the best foot and lower-leg massages I've had during a pedicure. For me, that part alone was priceless. I had also just gone through a very scary experience driving on I-20 earlier that morning, so sitting down with a glass of wine and having someone work the knots and soreness out of my feet was exactly what I needed! They have a really good selection of colors, displayed in color books rather than making you hunt through bottles. The salon itself isn't one of those huge, ultra-luxury nail spas -- it's fairly simple -- but everything I saw was clean and comfortable, and I'd much rather have excellent service than pay extra for fancy décor. I chose the pedicure that was one level above the basic pedicure, added gel polish, and the total was $55 before tip -- including the gel polish. I thought that was very reasonable, especially considering how much time Mimi spent on the massage and my feet. Excellent value, excellent service, and I would definitely return and request Mimi.
