We got tired of going to Sulphur/Lake Charles to find items we couldn't get AND THEN have to drive back on one of the "BROKE" bridges. I thanked her she didn't say your welcome or have a nice day, but she welcomed the customer before me and greeted the customer behind me. Very piss poor customer service from her and this is not the first time this particular checker has showed this type of customer service. Normally the other ladies are very welcoming, but this young woman never makes me feel like a valued customer. I'll take my business elsewhere if I have to be subjected to this type of customer service.

When back in with the receipt and they said I had to go back to Canon for a refund even thought their web page says they have a 30 return policy. Asked for the Manage and was told he was on vacation. Asked when he would be back so I can talk to him. I was told they cannot give out that information. This is a lot of money, and I feel like they are stealing from me. If I have to go back to Canon, then I have to pay for shipping. They could have replaced the defective product but instead this will cost them a valued customer. These low level employees do not care if the company loses a valued customer. I will not shop there anymore.
