I thanked her she didn't say your welcome or have a nice day, but she welcomed the customer before me and greeted the customer behind me. Very piss poor customer service from her and this is not the first time this particular checker has showed this type of customer service. Normally the other ladies are very welcoming, but this young woman never makes me feel like a valued customer. I'll take my business elsewhere if I have to be subjected to this type of customer service.

If I have to go back to Canon, then I have to pay for shipping. They could have replaced the defective product but instead this will cost them a valued customer.
