I was so impressed with her and the relaxing vibe of the place I booked a pedicure for next week! They do require a $15 deposit to book an appointment which can be used toward the service you receive or you can keep rolling it forward as your deposit for future appointments.

I was charged for TWO nail repairs. The nail tech did not repair a single nail. Instead, he "popped…read moreoff" two of my old acrylics and charged me for "nail repairs". He also did the wrong cat eye color and had to grind it off in order to fix that. I was charged $75, $14 of which was for repairs that were not conducted. I normally pay $60 for a fill WITH design at my normal salon. I will NOT be back. I only went here today because my normal nail tech does not availability until next week and my nails were looking crazy. Also, the salon was in various states of disrepair. The furniture is cracked and looks super run down. I would not recommend coming here unless you like being overcharged.

I've been to this salon before, and that's actually what made this visit so disappointing because…read moremy previous experiences were much better. First, I want to give credit where it's due. The male technician who did my pedicure was excellent. He was professional, thorough, and did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints about the service he provided. Unfortunately, the condition of the salon during this visit made it difficult to relax. I saw roaches crawling on the seating area, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. There was also a spider in the salon that several employees were loudly talking about and trying to kill, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere while clients were trying to enjoy their services. The biggest issue for me was watching a scrub product spill onto the workstation. Instead of discarding it, one of the technicians scooped it up with his bare hand and put it back into the bottle. Seeing a product that is used on clients' skin handled that way was very concerning and made me question the salon's sanitation practices. This experience was surprising because it wasn't like this during my previous visits. I hope this was just an off day and that management takes these concerns seriously. The technicians are talented, but cleanliness and proper sanitation are just as important as good customer service. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll return, which is unfortunate because I've had good experiences here in the past.

Nail Haven did a beautiful job on my daughter's nails for her senior prom! We normally both get SNS…read moredip with simple designs like different color french tips on each nail or line work at our regular salon, but for such a special occasion she wanted something more elaborate. After reviewing their work on Instagram, we decided to make an appointment here. Originally, my daughter wanted to stick with dip to maintain her natural nail length, but the nail tech explained that the specific design she requested could not be achieved with dip powder. She transitioned to Aprés Gel-X instead, and still made changes from the original inspiration photo to simplify needs and costs after consulting with the nail tech. The final result was absolutely gorgeous and prom-ready! The only surprise was the number of additional fees added throughout the appointment, so she called me a few times to confirm costs before proceeding. I was happy to cover it for such a memorable milestone event. In the end she got one nail with light blue french tip, two nails painted blue and two nails with painted butterfly or flower design on each hand where in her original design it was a different design on each nail. While we will likely continue using our regular salon for routine nails due to the pricing structure here, I would recommend Nail Haven for weddings, prom, and other special occasions depending on your design aspirations.

I went to get a full set for a wedding I was in. I showed a photo of what I was looking for color…read moreand design and mentioned if she was not able to do it that's fine I can go with something basic. I picked a color pretty close to my dress but I guess they didn't have that color (I wasn't told that) so she picked another color. I couldn't see exactly what was happening as my hand was angled downward towards her. I noticed she was watching a show on her phone the entire time. When I realized what the color was it was too late. My dress was a sage green very pastel tone of color and she had picked a neon green. Then she attempted to add neon orange into it I have no idea why as there was no orange in the reference photo, I managed to get her to take it off. My nails were extremely thick and lumpy. After she added neon green French tips and scraped out a bubble she said she was done. I had to ask her to file out the scraping she had done AND add clear coat to the top. I immediately ended up driving to another nail salon to have them fix it... I spent over $100 on something I had taken off not twenty minutes later.
