He stayed on the phone with me and asked to send a picture to see if he could quickly help fix it over the phone as it would be a while. After determining what it was, he connected me to an AC technician, and called an hour later to check that I had it all under control. There are electricians but then there are electricians that are awesome humans. 5 stars and a customer for any next hiccups!
