These transactions had already been through their share of complications before we got to closing. The communication (or lack of) and offering of 'personal opinions' from a party that is supposed to be neutral in the process was extremely unprofessional. In an industry that is highly regulated, the biggest difference in most title interactions is customer service and treatment. I have since closed on five additional homes in the Chattanooga area and every single one of those experiences was preferable to my experience with TGT. In the future, given the choice, I will NOT be bringing any of my business to this company.

The pictures that were available at the time and what was found gave us an idea that we liked Weller Construction's work. We contacted some homeowners that had recently used Weller previously and they seemed happy. Time passed and things happened and here we are. Any issue that has come up with the house has been attributed to the house not being built right from the beginning. Foundation issues...get multiple company quotes to fix it and they all say the same thing...it wasn't built right to begin with and here is what they did wrong.
