She asked me if she could "hold my hair there at her salon". I thought she was doing this out of kindness. Turns out, weeks later I decide to remove extensions and have natural hair. I asked for my extensions back and Courtney goes MIA. Months later I get an appt with her assistant and Emma (the assistant) asks me if I'm getting extensions again. I told her not right now. I was going through bad divorce (which they knew) and I was actually living back in Colorado....which they had known prior bc I asked Courtney to mail me my extensions and I'd pay for them. At the end of my appt I was in my truck leaving and Emma runs a bag out to me and it literally had one strand of hair. I said what is this and she stated my extensions. I said there must be a mistake bc I had so much leftover hair which is why Courtney offered to save them for me. Now Courtney states that's all she had. Bullsh*t. I can add up all the air I took it bc I still have it Plus all the hair I originally purchased and it doesn't add up. She knew I was leaving Nebraska and going through divorce so she decided to take advantage of me. She could have told me the truth and I would have accepted it. But to hold face lie to me like none of this went on. Unbelievable. She claims to be a good person but her behavior speaks otherwise. I would not recommend her or Emma bc Emma is lying and covering for her. Absolutely unacceptable!!! I am open to talk to anyone who wants to hear the story. I have no reason to lie and make this up.
