When he was done I had chin length hair that looked as though I had cut it at home with a weed whacker. I had shown him a picture of what I wanted, and he had told me he could do it even though his station looked more prepared for "shave and a haircut," and when he was done with his butchery he said, "You can style it yourself. " Congratulated myself on *not* bursting into tears as I paid and walked out to my car, and drove immediately to Ulta for a much pricier, but beautiful repair. Use this salon at your peril!

Made a last minute (the night before) 'tween' haircut appointment via their online booking system…read morewith Aynsley. First, I love online booking! It gives me the time to look at the options and compare all the schedules. My daughter wanted a specific cut and our hair is very thick. If not cut correctly, the cut would easily turn out like a mushroom and not sleek. We showed Aynsley a pic my daughter liked, she looked at my daughters hair and was good to go. I'd traditionally 'hung out' when she got her haircut but this time she was confident to go up on her own. After the cut--which looked FABULOUS--they had built a relationship, had plans for next time and talked about hair care. I really loved not only the talent Aynsley brought but the experience. On a side note, while waiting I think I overheard a lady forgetting an appointment, when she arrived the male stylist was hospitable and didn't make her feel bad at all. Thought that showed lots of class. Great job Garbos!

The staff at this Garbo's has always been extremely friendly, helpful and kind.
