He just knows what will look the best so we trusted him as the expert and we're so happy we did. The floors and baseboards make such a difference! The small details such as flooring around a pedi stool for an apartment fridge and the retro trim done in the original bathroom and the leveling for the retrofit about blew me over! The man is a creative genius! It was really great working with Marilyn and Ron as well. Once again, we trusted them as the experts and let them help with the type of flooring and tile. Even the grout. It can be overwhelming picking out everything but Marilyn and Ron made it a pleasure and learning experience. Marilyn put in the extra effort to send pictures of flooring similar to what we originally picked to help put a price on all of our options. Of course we wanted the most expensive at first but we were able to find our perfect match later on with her help. She knew we were expecting so she suggested the waterproof laminate and I'm glad we went for it! It's so easy to clean! Same with Ron, he helped us pick out the tile type and cabinets. He guided us on the right color tone and finish and that was super helpful! He knew what would look less dirty and show less water spots and the grout tone that would clean up the best. The installer with dark skin was incredibly kind, respectful, and hardworking, and I truly appreciated his professionalism. Unfortunately, the lighter skin installer was extremely unprofessional. He used profanity throughout the entire installation and made several disrespectful comments. At the start, there was a miscommunication about the furniture needing to be broken down and moved from each room. Instead of discussing a solution, he immediately began complaining that it should have already been done and that it wasn't his responsibility. I explained that everyone in my household had taken the day off specifically to help move anything necessary. It wasn't until my spouse stepped in and asked that we work together on a solution that the conversation shifted. Even after a plan was agreed upon, my family and I had to continue listening to him make negative remarks about our home and belongings, including saying we had "shit everywhere" and that he didn't know what to tell the other installer because "everything was a mess." I later learned that this installer is related to someone in management, which may explain the attitude we experienced. Despite this individual's behavior, I was extremely pleased with the overall service and the final result.

I had my flooring replaced about 3.6 years ago. It was begun on January 13, 2022. It was the first…read moretime a new set of managers were over new workers. All my workers were non- English speakers. They moved my furniture to one side of the room and started laying 'wood' flooring about 6 panels from the inside wall inside my living room. As time went on they became aware that my floors were not level. They then began mixing something white with water and would pour it into the unleveled part. A little later they would lay the flooring. It took a year or so before it started coming up! I now have several areas that have risen up to the point if I need to move furniture, the legs get caught on the unleveled floor. A few places have begun chipping away at the corners, or actually chipping off the planks. I've noticed this in other rooms. I had them do my floor before when they were up on US19N. They did a much better job then; so when I had a leak under my kitchen sink on New Years Night 2022; when I was gone for perhaps 2 hours; I immediately thought of them for an estimate. Although my paperwork included new primed white quarter round; when the men left after several days that week, I noticed they they had not put down my baseboards so when I mentioned it; they hurriedly nailed it. I am not able to repaint it is I have turned almost 73 and could not stay on my knees long enough to paint it. To be honest I'm pretty disappointed in how it looked when they left. At this point I can't afford to have it redone as I have very little to live on. My total price was $7,751.00. I have no one to help me anymore. They did not leave any spare flooring. I told the manager over my job that it was a horrible experience for me, but he just replied something to the effect of "well I'm sure you will give us a good evaluation." At this point I'm very disappointed with the turnout; however I guess I just have to live with it. With my experiences I cannot give this place a good evaluation nor tell others to check them out. I thought I would get over my disappointment, but I guess I won't. I truly hope others have found their jobs to turn out better than mine. I live in Clearwater. If the estimate is still on file - the number was 23472. Hopefully others have had honestly good luck with them.
