When i asked about warranty, they only offer a 90 day warranty on the parts and 30 days on labor. Very disappointed. Was going to have them replace my entire HVAC system in the spring, but based on low quality parts and no warranty bascially, I will use someone more reputable and will stand behind their parts and labor.

The office person was very friendly and helpful. Prior to recently getting our new furnace, they had inspected our furnace and did not push us to replace it early. They did not oversell me on the new furnace either. I ran their proposal by my BIL who worked in HVAC, and he said he would recommend the same model they did - middle of the road, not the Cadillac. Saved us $1,000's!

My experience was just needing a new HVAC company to do my annual servicing for our Wisconsin home as my long time HVAC company was bought out and no longer serviced Wisconsin. I called Rosenthal, spoke with Briana who was very nice and had good follow up, and she scheduled my clean and check the very next day. They use automation so you get a text confirmation of the appointment and another text the day of the appointment with a name and picture of the technician and timeframe of arrival. Alex arrived within the timeframe, wore booties and went through a complete checklist of servicing my furnace (cleaning out the trap and the burners, testing proper voltages and functions, etc.). He discovered that my humidifier was not working correctly and was not properly installed by my prior HVAC company. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and patiently answered all of my questions, was courteous and professional and put everything back together. I had signed up for their annual service plan to come out twice a year (once for the furnace and once for the air conditioner) as it was very reasonable (lower than my prior company). After the call, Alex emailed me the paid invoice and photos of the work done to answer my questions. Basically, Rosenthal did a great job and I am very comfortable using them for my HVAC needs for now and the future. I have experienced many HVAC companies over the years for other properties and Alex at Rosenthal did a great job!

There have been a few issues but the company has been responsive and worked with me to resolve any concerns I have had. The payment plan was easy to set up as a new furnace was pretty expensive. However, there were options depending on what I wanted to do proceed with and it was explained to me and I felt very comfortable with what I was able to choose. New furnace works well.

I used Top Tier Mechanical for my HVAC needs in June 2024. I had a new AC unit installed with a new…read morecoil and line set. During the installation, the line set was damaged, property was damaged and things left a mess. He attempted to give me a 2 foot piece of drop ceiling track when what was damaged was a 4 foot section, deeming this section useless. No attempt to replace the 2 damaged ceiling tiles. On top of the damage, the unit never worked properly. I've tried multiple times to have the company rectify the situation as everything is under warranty. It was never rectified last year and as of this year, the company came out and attempted to fix the issue and it did not work. I had a friend, that's works for a HVAC company, come over and check the numbers with his meter. He did not perform any work at all on the system, simply read the number to let me know that the reading wasn't within normal range. Chris, the owner of the company, told me that he was going to warranty my coil and replace it. He has made multiple lies to me with different dates and times he come out. I made sure to set aside time from work to be able to be here for him. He doesn't show up and completely stopped responding all together. I filed a complaint with the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. They have reached out on my behalf and he lied to them stating information that goes against the proof I have in all of the text messages. I have all the paper trail going all the way back to June 2024 when the install happened. It's all been through text messages and I have screenshots of everything. I'm currently without a working AC unit and had to borrow window units to get by in this heat. As of now, I am out a lot of money. I have since had an HVAC company come out and take a look at my system. I was informed, and have pictures, that the coil in my system isn't the right coil. I paid for a 2.5 ton coil and received a 1.5 ton coil. This was verified via serial number. On top of the coil being wrong size, it was improperly installed without the right size pan under it causing a major airflow issue. I have pictures of this as well. When looking into the warranty, he never registered the coil only the condenser, meaning that it is not under warranty. Regardless, it was the wrong size and I had to buy the proper coil for my unit. After having these issues I looked deeper into the company and the owner has been sued numerous times under his personal name, Top Tier Mechanical and his previous company name of Fresh Air Mechanical. It is a long list of small claims and fraud cases. It's all public knowledge, so do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company. I had not used Westenn before and wondered if any emergency service repair companies would be answering during the holidays. My call was promptly answered and a service person was on his way. He even had the part we needed on the truck. We were up and running within an hour. Our property manager also commented that it was the fastest response she had ever seen. Westenn will be our new service provider and I can't thank them enough for the great after hours service and especially during a holiday weekend. Last but not least, the pricing was fantastic and so fair especially because it was a holiday weekend!

The new company found that the Southport tech left the service cap off after adding refrigerant so it all leaked out!!! Southport had 3 different techs come before we got the second opinion....either it is gross incompetence or a scam!!!! You decide. I cant believe the level that they went to to try and get me to buy new unit when mine is only ten years old and worked fine until Southport came for the routine inspection.
