After the first call, their service was immediate. Joshua was polite and knowledgable. Their admin was kind and efficient in her work and worked seamlessly with our HOA. Please be careful and do your research when you hire people who are advertising services, make sure that they are licensed and insured. One of those employees took several chunks out of my driveway with their power wash machine and left standing water and quite a bit of sediment left over from the chemicals used .. Make sure there are no complaints against them. Make sure you ask plenty of questions. You make sure you monitor them while they are working on your home and if you see areas that they missed or didn't cover areas that you agreed upon -Make sure that you get them to get it done before you pay them.. I should have hired the man who I originally hired until this person stepped and a quoted a lesser amount but charged the same . That should've been a red flag when i told him someone else for the job.. he still insisted he can charge less etc.. I have already begun a process to make sure that they are held accountable. I only asked for $150 to be returned to me but they would not.

Allen drove 1.5 hours to our rental property in spring. He inspected our house and realized he's going to need to treat the mold on the windows, to which he drove 30 minutes back and forth to Home Depot to get the proper treatment. Then he got to work on the driveway and boy was it spotless, almost 10+ years of dirt/mildew and god knows what else. He also drove back once everything was dry a day after to clean the backyard concrete. His pricing was really fair so I decided to get both front and back cleaned up. The neighbors liked his work too and hired him next! I highly recommend requesting a quote, I sent a picture on yelp and they were able to give me a quote that way and honored it in person without selling me on other things.

My husband and I were really excited to get our new-to-us home move-in ready, and having the…read morecarpets professionally cleaned was an important part of that process. Overall, the carpet was already in great condition, but there were some areas with compacted fibers from heavy foot traffic. Our goal was to freshen everything up, ensure it was truly clean (not just look clean), and hopefully restore some of the plushness in those worn spots. My husband pointed out the areas of concern and was reassured they would improve with the cleaning. The service itself was professional and easy to schedule, but the initial results didn't quite meet our expectations. The high-traffic areas didn't lift as we had hoped. I didn't share my concerns right away, but I should have because Maxine was very responsive and committed to making things right. She offered to have the areas I was unhappy with retreated, which I really appreciated. Matthew came out for the follow-up service and was very pleasant, professional, and thorough. He took the time to address the problem areas. I'm grateful for the team's responsiveness and their willingness to stand behind their work.

I specifically mentioned the reason for the cleaning service (cat urine) and that I needed this treated. The person I spoke with to schedule apparently misheard me to say I did NOT need pet stains addressed. The only reason I mention this is because I wish the pricing was more transparent on the website. The person who came to our home was polite, courteous, and detail oriented. Overall, I would definitely use their services in the future if we have any more cat accidents!!!
