Apparently, or so he told me, it's the same pen Christy Moore bought here and uses. An extraordinary collection of school bags and laptop cases in such a small shop push Star Office Supplies into the four star rating category, I mean it's amazing they still have room to spare for envelopes. You may think four is unreasonable but if you read my review of the Stationary Super Store you'll know how much I love stationary shops.

I searched all over my flat and alas there was nothing to be found. I just happened to be out and about and when I walked past the Cartridge Shop I saw that they had some stationary. Alas I found a perfect pair of scissors! They admittedly have a small amount of actual stationary, that seems like a bit of an after though. Their main focus is as the name suggests is on ink. They do a cool service that is good for the environment and your wallet. They refill your old ink cartridges with new ink. The sign on the front says that it cuts your ink costs in half. Doesn't sound too bad to me!

The Cartridge Shop is exactly what it says on the sign - a shop selling cartridges. For printers that is. They stock Epson, Canon, HP, LexMark, Oki and Rimark brands, and also recycle and refill empty cartridges.

All I wanted was the one I used to have in my office in the States but apparently it's not that common. I found the closest match to it here, am I being fussy? Perhaps but after all these working years on this earth I know what tools and layout make me most efficient... That and a tonne of coffee and the fear of the dole queue. Great selection in there, not a huge store. Downstairs they have office furniture. Staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable and professionally dressed. Hackett Reprographics serve as both a high quality stationery shop for all the needs of architects and designers and so forth, and also as high quality printing shop for architects and designers and so forth. They are on the pricier side but they are known for providing a quality service, which is often times a hard to come by. This is an Irish company that has grown to be the leading independent reprographics company in the UK and Ireland. I don't know if this excludes anywhere that doesn't have 'reprographics' in the title, if so it's probably not worth bragging about. This is a stationery shop for those who mean business, for those of you who laugh in the face of 80gsm paper and know why a Rotring pen is useful and would find doing the section drawing of a house child's play, which arguably it often is, kinda, but ...
