After reading what other Yelpers wrote, I called these folks and I am so glad I did. After they were done, I realized my tile floor didn't look this good even when the house was brand new...the white grout is actually white again! They arrived on time and completed their work in record time. Pricing was great, too. Just know that there is prep work customers must do ahead of time. Throw rugs, stereo speakers, plants, end tables, floor lamps, dining room chairs, etc. all need to be off the tile floor. My piano and china hutch stayed in place. Floors under there are probably pristine anyways. We will definitely be asking them to come back again when we notice the grout getting dirty again. Thanks Steam Masters!

They became frustrated that I didn't come to the door (I was in a meeting) and messaged me to convey their feelings. I let them know that I understood being frustrated but that we had coordinated ahead of time that I would be unavailable when they came to pick them up. They apologized for their messages and offered to come back and get the rugs, but I decided to go with a different company instead.
