They dont respond back in a proper time frame I have more work to be done , however they seemed to ignore my request. I would call someone else. This is not the place to publish names, but I have made all this known to their owners and management. The design professional that initially visited our home listened to our description of what we wanted, made measurements, added their personal touch, created the perfect design on their laptop as we had described, and reviewed costs with us. No delay, no multiple contacts, no hand sketches, no scratch pads, just state-of-the-art professionalism. We had several other firms visit and did our due diligence. Closet Factory's price was competitive. No other firm compared to Closet Factory's obvious professional and technical prowess.
