Called and texted and got no response. Instead of being professional and telling me he didn't have time to do it today or even giving a courtesy call or answering my text or call to let me know to find someone else to do it. He let me wait around all morning. I called Waste Water Logistics and they were at my house within an hour and did amazing! Hussey never did get back with me ever. what an unprofessional business.

It is unfortunate that I have to give even one star but without it, i cannot post the following…read morewarning. I cannot comment on Colin because he was not sent on my project. Instead, I was sent Tammy G. Woolsey who held herself out as a handyman. Aside from the constant drama, the inability to do anything without her "shadow" buddy, who followed her like a puppy but did nothing, she took $500 from me to go get doors and knobs and disappeared without responding to numerous texts and emails for a week. We had to hire an alternative handyman to redo the few things she had attempted which set the project back more than a week. After repeated demands for the return of my money or the materials, I have not heard a word. I am now suing her. DON'T LET THIS PERSON IN YOUR HOME OR ON YOUR PROJECT! Truth be told, I wish I found them sooner…read more I moved to SLC with no idea of who to use, so I shopped around and was very expensively let down by "Expert Plumbing, Heating, and Air", then by "My Buddy the Plumber". Expert Plumbing as it happens was full of non-licensed apprentices who had missed EVERYTHING during two separate home inspections. My Buddy turned out to not be my buddy, but rather be interested in my money and had cut corners to put gas vents that now blow into my front door. $10,000 later (due to the failed inspection) and My Buddy the plumber didn't complete the work necessary for me to have peace of mind and not think about my plumbing. I've been using Stuart and his team, from Frontier for about 1.5 years now and couldn't be happier. I found them from my Home Warranty. I'm not necessarily fond of someone looking at my plumbing and saying "That's interesting..." from the former jobs, but I am glad that a licensed plumber can see that something is wrong and provides the expertise that I needed when this all started. I'm a customer for life.
