The receipt was not itemized and marked paid as required by the warranty company. When asked several times for an itemized receipt marked paid we were told he was working on it but still have not received one for the warranty company. We have asked at least 4 times for the receipt. We paid the entire bill out of our pocket and can not satisfy the warranty company until he responds with the itemized receipt.
