He charges a really reasonable price. Pinto gets nervous and Archie is very gentle with him. He's also very honest, and will update you after how the appt went. There's a little window you can look through to see your dog groomed if you want. Archie is also the first groomer we ever had that actually asks us what we want for grooming and will make sure we are absolutely satisfied. And he is consistent every time. Because of such positive grooming experiences, we have also enrolled Pinto in their six week beginning obedience training course. Sharon is an excellent trainer. She's patient, attentive, responsive, observant and considerate. The group classes were well done. I learned a lot about dog behavior and nutrition too that I still put to daily use. Pinto has had great improvements on his leash w alking behavior and we are highly impressed. Overall this is a great place for your dog. We have not used their boarding services yet but would not hesitate in the future if we need to. I trust them and also trust Sharon's advice in case I ever have a doggie question.

She would run and hide anytime a new person came to the house and wouldn't stop barking if the new person was a male. She had eaten two parts of our brand new couch, ate her way out of a plastic kennel, bent the wire kennel with her teeth, ate anything we left out on the counter when she wasn't being directly supervised, and used the carpet as her personal bathroom. Rachel did our evaluation and she impressed us so much that we signed up that night. A WEEK after starting with these two, Lady was walking on a leash without pulling, sitting on command, and accepting friendly strangers. We are now able to leave Lady in a kennel for a few hours at a time without her getting out of it or hurting herself. She no longer has any accidents in the house and has awesome manners when meeting other new dogs. She's observant and thoughtful in a way that you don't get from big, busy facilities with multiple trainers and programs. That might be convenient, but good training isn't on a time line. HA offers grooming, boarding, and training, and I've used all three. She's a great hand on the table, and she's never rough with the dogs. My dog loves to board with her, and he's eager to get into the kennel and play with doggy friends. As for training, he has two obedience titles, his championship, and several sports titles. All of these were either trained with Daphne or on the foundation she taught us both. You really can't do better than her care for your dog.
