He recently helped my 14 year old Jack Russell who had kidney failure. He kept her feeling much better for close to two years. It was stressful as she was part of our family. He called us anytime we were trying to figure out her medications and medical issues. Never rushing me off the phone. Always genuine concern. His wife Dr Julie was also great when Dr Chris was not available. And the staff really care about your animal. They all came to see my Jack Russell before I had to let her go. They were very sad for her and I. I got a Jack Russell puppy and two days after taking her to Dr Chris for first shots....she stepped on a bees nest. Both Dr. Chris and Dawn helped me thru a scary time again Genuine, is really who they all are. They are there because they love animals! No worries bringing your pets there. They have this home town atmosphere so you feel like everyone knows you when you come in. I drive a half hour, when I could go to a vet 1 mile away.

I've been to many different vets in the region before discovering their team, and I will be a customer here for life. They are a team of caring, professional, and hardworking individuals who truly care about their clients. After bringing my diverse menagerie of pets to this practice for a wide variety of medical needs over the years, it is clear that Dr. Mara's extensive clinical track record establishes them as one of the most proficient veterinarians in the region. Their services are also reasonably priced. I have referred many of my friends to their practice.

Dr. Mara had my extremely timid dog eating from his hand within seconds and had me laughing the entire visit. They made us feel so welcome and appreciated, my only regret was not switching to them earlier. Dr. Mara recommended a different approach for my dog on a couple different fronts, both of which were far easier, and WAY less expensive than my previous vet had been recommending, and not only did it save me a ton of money, their approach was so much better and less stressful for my dog. Dr. Mara and Olivia, the vet tech, were an absolute joy to be around. My dog and I are actually looking forward to our next vet visit. Can't recommend them enough!!

She was told they. had no appointments. I have been with this vet for over 25 years. I was appalled at that reply. Dr North and Dr.Keenan. were the most caring and loving doctors. They apparently have both retired (as they deserved) and the clinic has been bought out. To say the least I was shocked at the care for my 15 year old pup I received from a hospital I used for many of my pets. I have now changed vets to one that is a bit farther away but better.
