Everyone here was super friendly and willing to help…read more We came all the way from Rancho Cucamonga to Chino specifically looking for beef knuckle bones for our pup. After calling multiple butcher shops, this was the only place I found that actually carried them. We ended up getting a whole beef femur bone for only $13, which was an amazing price. Can't wait to give it to our dog, and we'll definitely be back for more. If you're a dog owner like us, that's another reason to check this place out. I believe the girl I spoke with over the phone also mentioned that they offer both raw and smoked beef knuckle bones for dogs. She even cut the bones the way we wanted it Great service, great prices, and definitely worth the drive for us.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience and I can't say enough good things about this place…read more We placed a large order to help feed our church after service, and from start to finish everything exceeded expectations. My wife initially connected with Anna, who was phenomenal. I later met with her in person to place the deposit, and she was incredibly warm, accommodating, and welcoming. She even took the time to offer us a few samples of their prepared foods, which was such a thoughtful touch. Before leaving, I decided to grab about 2 pounds of pork pastor for dinner, and asked if they could cook it for me. I was genuinely shocked in the best way at how affordable it was. The price for the meat plus the cooking fee came out to less than $10. When I got home and tried it, all I can say is wow. The pork was incredibly flavorful, tender, and absolutely delicious. The next day when I returned to pick up our large order, everything was ready right on time. The team went above and beyond by helping load everything into my car and even placing napkins underneath the trays to prevent any spills. That level of care really stood out. At church, everyone kept talking about how great the food was. The chicken and steak were both big hits, the beans were very good, and I was honestly surprised at how fresh and flavorful the guacamole was. All in all, this was a top-tier experience. I highly recommend this place for both your meat needs and catering. Special thanks to Anna and her daughter for taking such great care of us. We will definitely be coming back!

The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient with us. They even let us sample everything before deciding what we wanted, which made the experience even better! Everything we tried was absolutely phenomenal. In my opinion, the standouts were the pork belly burnt ends and the tri-tip both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The mac & cheese was also really good. I usually like a little spice, but their regular mac & cheese was so creamy and flavorful that I didn't even miss the heat. The baked beans were another favorite, especially with the brisket cooked right into them. So much flavor! I highly recommend Spirit of Texas Craft Barbecue if you're in the Redlands area.
