But, he's a good, ethical guy, and could appreciate our situation, and so he told us how we could make the best of our situation without massive demo and conduit, and crazy expensive wiring. And, he did it all graciously with a smile. What he got out of talking himself out of this job, is complete loyalty for any and all future jobs we'll ever need. Our fabulous plumbers (Bradbury's Plumbing and Heating) had recommended Rottari Electric and we were so pleased to have found Bob. It felt like everyone in the state of Maine was looking for a generator, there were none to be had, online, in Home Depot, in Loews etc. Bob was amazing, he contacted all of his usual generator sources, helped us with our online search and handled all of my stupid questions about 8Kw vs 17Kw happily. When the propane company kept changing the day they would be coming to install the propane tank Bob was totally flexible with the install of the generator. He was even happy to have the generator shipped to his home rather than leaving it unattended at our home as I wouldn't be there for two days when it was due to arrive. On the day of the installation he was prompt and he happily helped remove a small area of a fence (required by the propane company) which was totally above and beyond what we had asked him to do. Our generator has been installed for a month now and just tonight I had another stupid question about the switches in the panel when one of our lights fused.
