First off I want to start by saying that this place is exceptional in customer service! Bring your ID! They are strict about ID policy but I believe this is good practice and what keeps a business like there's in business. Onto the customer service. Simply the best I have had at a vape shop in town. While most shops in town are friendly the people here really try to help you out and tend (for the most part) to know what they are talking about. EXAMPLE: Recently I purchased a tank from this shop I had been eyeing for a while. The well known company doesn't generally produce duds so I left the shop happy and content waiting to get home to try it. At first everything was ok. The atomizer it came with threaded perfectly. Well about a week in when it came time to replace the atomizer i took one out of my 5 pack and proceeded to screw the atomizer into my tank. Halfway in it dead stops, and the threads wont turn unless extreme force is used usually with pliers. All my products were verified authentic at the site so it must be the tank as the atomizer would thread into my other tanks fine. I called j vapes and explained my recent situation. I didn't have the highest expectations because this is all just mass produced china labor meaning no warranties. After explaining my dilemma they offered to exchange my tank, they were currently out of the tank I bought so they did offer a few similar ones but I opted to wait. The shipment must have been delayed as I waited about two weeks before my tank came back in. When it did come back in my original tank was about 3 weeks old but I walked into the shop. I was instantly greeted and they knew who I was and without hesitation they exchanged my tank! Can not begin to explain how happy this made me! Also their juice is really good with tons of flavors to boot and constant new ones being added. They keep expanding the customization (everything in 70/30 blend now as well as 50/50). They also will allow you to sit down and try any flavor you like before hand so you can decide if it is for you or not. All I will leave on the juice is Yellow Sub and Ridin Nerdy..... These two flavors alone keep me returning constantly. All in all this is my favorite vape shop in town. They have the best prices on hardware every time I am looking to buy (verified by calling 10+ shops every time I look to purchase). Their juice prices are very reasonable for the quality as well (AEMSA Certified) and they promote daily deals! Check them out to save some cash! I will continue to shop here, continue to tell everyone I know looking for juice or just to get started in e cigs to go here (itaste vv and mini nautilus = perfect starter combo), and continue to spread the good word about this place. This place is awesome. Every time I need juice, I only go to j vapes. The reason why I come here is because of the quality of the juice and the friendliness of the staff. The red hair and green hair girl in particular. I have never had a problem with them. They are always patient and friendly and I always get what I came for and sometimes more. Being grown, I pay attention to what goes into my body. I am certain that the quality of juice they use is legit. There is no guessing game as far as where their juice has come from. My mother was in town visiting when i first heard of this store. She raved about how helpful the ladies where. She pretty much made me promise her that i would check them out. Well, its been a year since she visited and I haven't regretted taking her advice since. From being naive and not knowing what vaping is to J Vapes patiently turned me into a person that is knowledgeable about vaping and the health benefits over smoking. The first I went in the sales girl had no idea what she was talking about and when I'd ask her questions about which vape pen would be the most industrial her response was "I don't know." Hearing about this thought, the manager offered me free material tomakeupforthesalesexperience, even though returning my dredful vape pen isn't an option. Surprisingly enough the second time I went in the salesman was on cue with everything from greeting to naming pricing off the top of his head and being honest about the material rather than trying to sell the more expensive item. Lots of options for larger mods. Not many options for salt nicotine. They only give the military discount to active duty and vets when 90% of vape stores in the area extends the discount to dependents as well. And their salt nicotine mods are about 50% more expensive than other shops in the area. They have less than 10 salt nicotine juice flavors. I called them from the road about an 18650 button-top battery and they had one partially charged for me by the time I got there. What can I say? I love this place! It's the only place I go to buy my juice and accessories. There's always plenty of knowledgeable people to help me and I just adore them all! Recently, I had been experiencing problems with a mod that apparently had an unfixable problem. They took it back and gave me full credit towards a newer version and only charged me the difference. They're more than fair and oh, did I mention that their juice is always prepackaged at a separate location so the quality is 100% consistent?! I love that. Honestly I think this pays people to buy positive Yelp reviews on here. But that's beside the point because I believe most businesses do that anyway and just abuse this system. I'm seriously considering leaving this place and not coming back just simply for the abhorrent customer service. You know, I come to this place because they have a decent selection and they have decent prices. No I really take that back because they used to have a program where you bought two or three bottles and you got the next one for free. Now they have made it to where you have to buy like 6 or 7 bottles before you get anything for free. The quality of the juice has decreased considerably. And when I first started going here the customer service was decent. Now whenever I go in and I'm looking for some juice, I don't ever get any suggestions and they just stare at me like I like they have a lobotomy. I'm having to make a choice between price and customer service. The customer service in this store is probably the worst in Colorado Springs. The ACT pompous, and simply make you feel uncomfortable just being in the store. I don't know maybe they're paying for their high ratings on Yelp. Either way I'm either going to have to quit using e-cigarettes altogether or I'm going to have to find another place that cost more. This is sad. It seems like almost no business actually cares about customer service. White Horse Vapors is actually one of the best places to go for the best customer service.
