He laid out a several steps process each step requiring an inspector to follow up and had on hand an array of tiles to choose from. This gave me a confidence where i didn't have to worry of what problems may arise. Compared to two other companies I received quotes in an invoice that pretty much said so much for the floor and so much for the tile but believe me there is much more to be concerned with of items that may need to be added to the cost later and Shasta covered them all in their contract. This included a pressure check, filler valve and skimmer replacement that required a one-foot cut in the pool deck to gain access for the new one that was a major undertaking and included in all remodels and in their estimate. Just for information years ago we had a major pool leak, and it was in the skimmer. The crews were quick, efficient courteous and left the area spotless after each process. The tile person was obviously a real professional that was concerned about details. This was the real deal with no extra cost from the estimate and just a beautifully remodeled pool.
