My advice is to ask for Abel and get the 80 minute massage as 50 goes by in the blink of an eye! While visiting the spa you also have access to the locker rooms with showers, bathrooms, beauty bar complete with hair dryers, shampoo, etc, a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The attendant in the women's locker area, Gigi, was super kind and always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed, she was great! Besides the incredible staff, the ambience of the spa is nice but pretty underwhelming. My mom and I both noticed that the jacuzzi located inside the women's facility had very uncomfortable seating. For example, some jacuzzis are fully tiled on the inside so you can sit on the stairs or the seating but all is tile and flat. The jacuzzi at the spa had a prickly plaster-like interior on the seating, steps, and bottom of the hot tub that was very uncomfortable to sit on so I didn't spend long in here. The outside jacuzzi by the adult pool is much better. While the overall ambiance and decor was nice, like I said I felt underwhelmed. The service was incredible but I wish they'd do more with the space!
