I have been attending to many massage therapists through out the years, and Kendall has been the first person I have pursued for regular sessions. With my busy schedule, she was very flexible and quick to respond when booking appointments. When I first met her, I instantly knew that I will be taken care of. After the session is over, I can say, my pains and aches had been eliminated , I drooled on the table, and I feel revitalized. Go and see her, you will not be disappointed.

A different therapist was assigned without notice, the massage lasted about 50 minutes and was just not good, and the remaining time was a "facial" that was not requested or part of the service purchased and was not a true facial at that.  I contacted the business to resolve it and asked for a refund since the service I paid for was not provided. The owner refused and the phone conversation became unprofessional and he would not let me get a word in and threatened me with a lawyer because I stated I'll be taking this to social media.  I never leave reviews like this but I can't believe that interaction even happened. The spa has lost some wonderful people over the years, and we all know, the people providing the service are the ones who make a business special. Kelsey was so welcoming at the front desk and cheerful, kind and sincere. Audrey was probably one of the most skilled massage therapist I have ever received services from. Krystina was amazing giving the most relaxing pedicure. Allie had the most creative eye and style with brow shaping. Jamie was so cheerful and patient with our daughter for her pedicures, we were thrilled to meet her. Those are the staff I/we had services with, NOW THEY ARE ALL GONE! I don't think the owner could possibly realize what a valuable team was there. Why did they leave? I am quite sure, not all were retiring. One could speculate management pushed them away somehow. My second disappointment in this spa is concerning the products. I would purchase a skin cream, lip stick, or shampoo, absolutely love it, only to go back when I was running low, to find it discontinued. What kind of successful marketing could that be? I stopped buying products there and purchased them directly from the vendors . The icing on the cake...... the prices just sky rocketed almost 20%!!! A pedicure was $55.00, now it is $65.00. Why? Cost of Living raises are genuinely 3%. Something has changed over the years, perhaps the owner is more concerned with the profit margin and less concerned about the clients. Either way, tomorrow will end my services there, and I will be looking for something more customer oriented, and less money in the owners pocket.
