I called back in August because I have a torn rotary cuff. They scheduled me for NOVEMBER. Just to get a referral to get surgery. Then they called me on the day of my appointment--Ager my shoulder has already started healing incorrectly--and pushed my appointment back until March. You really have to make an enormous effort to be this lazy and incompetent. They literally just don't care. Apathy would be an improvement over the attitude these people display. Do not use this doctor. He's basically just a prescription refiller. If you actually need anything--like surgery--he's absolutely worthless. Beyond lazy. Beyond incompetent. He's just there to collect a copay. Find somebody else. Self diagnosing yourself on the internet will yield better results than this worthless hack. read more

I recently took my mom in to see Dr. Rutt for the first time. From the moment he entered the room, he had a bad attitude. He had terrible bedside manner, was extremely arrogant, and unbelievably condescending. We will never go see him again. And I wouldn't recommend anyone going to see him unless you want to be treated poorly. read more

Some people should never become doctors, and sadly Dr. Justin Rutt is one of those people. From the minute he walks into your room, you can tell he doesn't want to be there. It's hard to explain how you feel in his presence, it's like he never shows any empathy or concern, in fact he doesn't even look at you. Lol After my first appointment, I remember thinking he was a very young doctor, and maybe he just lacked experience, I was giving him the benefit of the doubt, sort of speak. But when I got the same reaction on my next appointment, I knew I needed to find a new doctor. Empathy comes from within, and at the very least everyone deserves a doctor that cares. read more
