A year ago, I had a face and neck lift, temporal brow lift, and facial fat grafting by Dr. Heller. He was recommended to me by another doctor and I drove from Orange County to his office in Santa Clarita and his surgery center in Lancaster for all of my appointments. I'm so glad I did! The care extended by his office staff (Sophia, Sara, Sandy, etc.) was exceptional. I had all my questions answered pre-surgery and was provided with an extensive folder of information and care instructions. I stayed in a hotel in Lancaster the night before and after the surgery and Dr. Heller came to the hotel the following morning to check on me. He arranged for a private duty nurse to stay with me after the surgery which was immensely relieving to me and to my husband! There was nothing easy about the recovery, it was a large surgical procedure and was sometimes painful and often uncomfortable, but I felt well watched and cared for. The results are nothing short of amazing. The skill he has to reshape my face and neck entirely and still maintain a natural appearance is just incredible. I could not be more pleased with my entire experience. His office has worked with me to schedule my follow up appointments, because of my long drive. I first had my consultation with Dr Heller in 2020 but had to postpone the surgery a year for scheduling reasons on my end. In July 2021 I reached out to his office to schedule my surgery. Oct 21,21. In September I met with Dr Heller for my pre op appointment and we discussed size and the technique he'd be using. I said I want to go from a 38H to a C or D cup. The countdown to my surgery date was ticking and I couldn't wait! My anxiety around the surgery was the aftercare and balancing that with my 2 kids (3.5 and 2). I am 4 days post op and I am doing well. The pain was nowhere near what I envisioned it would be. Dr Hellers staff was amazing. Shout out the his anesthesiologist who was extremely thorough and has great bedside manner. His nurses and staff are friendly and accommodating. Dr Heller is a genius! I expected to have drains post surgery and be in horrendous pain, but neither were the case. I am just so pleased with my results, no more back pain, no more body dysmorphia. When I went to see Dr Heller, I was very frustrated with my previous Dr. I had already had 3 knee surgeries. When Dr Heller looked at my knee he felt very confident that he could repair my knee. He informed me that it require another surgery possibly a fifth surgery which made me somewhat nervous but surgery needed to be done so I accepted this made my appointment got the necessary stuff done. Surgery date came and still Dr Heller was very optimistic about my outcome. When the day came for my post op check I was amazed at the incision site though I had many staples everything was very neat and there was no gaps for any fluid to come out unlike my previous surgeries. As the weeks flew by I began to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Dr Heller was amazing he fixed my knee and the best part I wasn't going to need that fifth surgery which I was grateful facing another surgery was just not something I was prepared to do. I can't say enough how wonderful and life changing my experience with Dr Heller and his staff was. I did my due diligence and ensured my surgeon was board certified and did not want to base my choice on cost alone. I needed to have my old breast implants removed and also a lift. I learned so much from my consultation and decided while I was in surgery I wanted to also get an upper eyelid and ponytail lift. Concern of not having implants after having them for so long was very concerning to me and I was on the fence about getting a smaller replacement but Dr Heller's opinion was that he would be able to use existing tissue to build up my breasts. So basically he talked me out of additional cost and I trusted his opinion. Couldn't have had a better result! I feel like a new woman and the freedom I now feel without large breasts has been blessing. My eyelid surgery was evident almost immediately and I actually get comments like "you look so much younger.... I just can't put my finger on it"! Lol I love it! Recovery was smooth and minimal pain. I was comforted by knowing Dr Heller and his teams were there for me with just a phone call. Price wise I scored because while he is not the cheapest he is not the most expensive and I believe he's very reasonable for his level of expertise. Dr. Heller does such an amazing job! From the moment you walk in the office you just feel so welcome! Molly, Anna, and Sandy are so, so sweet. They love to follow your progress and as such they remember your name and your face; you sort of just feel like you're with friends. I got my rhinoplasty procedure done February 15, 2018. My free consultation was only 2 weeks before the surgery. They were quick and efficient and catered to my every need and question. They work as such a well oiled machine - I never felt nervous or unsure. I have decided to share my experience with the awful arm lift-bra/back/arm liposuction Dr Heller preformed in 2018. I truly regret going to him. In my opinion, I was overcharged and my results are horrible. My arms look awful with scarring and arms are still fat with sagging skin, especially my elbows and bra/back area. I can't wear any sleeveless or short sleeves due to the horrible scarring and the fat I have on my elbows. Dr Heller preformed the surgery twice because with the first surgery, it looked as if he didn't remove any excess skin or fat. His excuse for not removing all the excess skin was because there was a lot of swelling from the liposuction. I was charged a second fee of $2000 to preform the 2nd surgery, their explanation was that I had to pay for the operating room. I paid well over $15,000. I have pain all around the scar area from my armpit to my elbows on both arms (the pain increases ever year). I truly believe Dr. Heller has never preformed an arm lift and I was his guinea pig. Here I went with a professional but ended up butchered. I will be seeking professional advice to determine if there is any possibility in correcting my arms and look normal. I am extremely disappointed with the results and am self conscious of my arms. Another thing I hated was that his staff/wife pushed to sell Products with the Dr Heller name. read more

30 years ago I received silicone implants. My breasts has been bothering me for a while. My partner discovered a few strange lumps. I can not begin to explain what an amazing surgeon and person Dr Heller is. I was bitten on my hand from a dog and immediately reached out to Dr Heller the night of the incident. He called me right away and had me send him pictures. Unfortunately it started to become infected and he sent me to Holy Cross in Mission Hills. His colleague works out of Holy Cross as well, so Dr. Heller reached out to him to inform him of my hand. Thankfully, with IV antibiotics it cleared up within a few days. But, if I did not have the help of Dr Heller and his colleague Dr. Antebi, who knows what would of happened. His office was short-staffed during my experience and I had a couple phone calls that were never returned, but they were issues that we were able to eventually figure out on our own. I wanted to get a breast augmentation and met with several doctors. My best friend lives in Valencia and after seeing her breast augmentation the year before I decided to go to Dr. Heller for a consult. The office immediately made me feel comfortable. They were so patient with my million questions and debates over the difference of 25 ccs! Dr Heller has an extensive resume in medicine and plastic surgery, especially reconstructive plastic surgery. Even though I didn't need reconstructive work, I have been told Drs that can do that are the best. During my consult he explained all my options including why I should or shouldn't go with certain alternatives. Much of his recommendations were health based. He cares about the future health and look of his patients. Other doctors made me feel like I was just some blow up doll that they wanted to fix. After the surgery he was very hands on with weekly appointments to check on progress. He gave me his cell phone number right at surgery so that I may be in touch any time I had issues. I did text with him when I had questions and he was very good with responses. Im about 2 months post opp and my breast's are amazing. He's an artist. I literally have perfect boobs that look natural to my body. I went with his suggested cc and he did exactly what I wanted. He just gets it. I worried because I had no idea what the result would be, but my advice to anyone would be to just trust him and not worry.. his work is beyond.
