Extremely poor service; proceed with caution! I reached out to Justice Tax at the end of last year following an IRS audit. Despite encountering negative reviews, I inquired about them, and their response was that they cannot satisfy everyone. I somewhat concurred with their viewpoint and decided to utilize their services. They assured me they would negotiate my IRS balance, but after months of weekly calls and receiving vague responses about waiting for my transcripts, I received another IRS letter indicating my balance had increased by an additional $3,000. After paying Justice Tax nearly $4,000, they sent me a payment arrangement letter that I could have easily arranged myself with the IRS. They failed to negotiate my balance and simply took my money without providing any substantial assistance. I attempted to contact them multiple times, but Jordan, the individual handling my case, never answered or returned my calls. Therefore, I advise you to save your time and money by steering clear of this company, as they are exceedingly dishonest. read more

I got hit with a large tax bill in 2015 and threw away the letters that told me to pay. Bad idea, I know, but at the time it seemed like if I just ignore it, it'll go away. That obviously didn't happen, and I got hit with a wage levy for way more than I could afford to lose. I called around to several tax resolution companies and got told virtually the same scripted b.s. each time. I finally settled on Justice Tax because they were the first company I spoke with that hit me straight and was dogged on getting me proper justice. When I spoke with the first person there, I knew I found the right company. They fixed my taxes, fixed my wage levy, and got me into a good repayment with the IRS that I could afford, way less than what they were garnishing me for. Thank the good Lord for Justice Tax, I don't have to worry so much anymore! Thank you! read more

If you are looking to solve your tax issues, you need to get ahold of Justice Tax. If you're planning to waste time and keep putting your IRS issues off like a lot of people do, then really don't call them. They really know their stuff and they helped me to recover. I used to be a truck driver and I ended filing my tax years in 2013 when I filed Bankruptcy... that was a mistake. The IRS confirmed I owed about $43,000. One of the attorneys at Justice Tax determined that considering that I'm finally retired and on fixed income, I can't pay this. I had tried to contact the IRS before and between the long hold times, the inability to get ahold of someone that I could actually negotiate with, and the complexity of my issue, I had enough. Thank the Lord for this firm, because without them I'd still be lost in dealing with this issue. read more

I owed the IRS $10,000, most of which was interest and penalties. Due to a significant drop in income, I simply couldn't afford to pay it anymore. Thankfully, I found help, and they were able to eliminate the entire debt. It will remain on record for ten years, but during that time, the IRS can't place any liens on my property, not that I have any, but it's still a relief to know. The most important thing is that I finally have peace of mind. For the first time in a long while, I can breathe easier and feel a sense of calm.
